Project description
This project aims to enhance performance of Water and Sanitation Utilities in Kenya through Benchmarking and Collective Learning.
Project main objectives
This project aims to introduce benchmarking and collective learning on best practices as a management tool for continuous performance improvement in the water services sector. In addition, it focuses on strengthening the capacity of Kenyan WSPs to develop performance improvement plans and implement them.
