Project description
This partnership aims to ensure long term water availability for urban, rural and industrial consumers in Harar State.
Project main objectives
The partnership aims to ensure long term water availability for urban, rural and industrial consumers in Harar State. The project focuses particularly on the development of integrated water resources allocation and conservation and the build-up of financial and organizational capacity of the operator HWSA in Harar State. In addition, it aims to increase water access to at least 50.000 people through the construction of public water points, household connections and rural water supply schemes.
