Project main objectives
"*Increased knowledge and skills to use and apply improved data collection practices and/or tools related to SDG targets 6.1 and 6.2, including supply coverage, gaps, quality, and end-user experiences.
*Improved budget planning and resource mobilization knowledge and skills on water, sanitation, and solid waste services including Life Cycle Costing principles and capacity to utilize relevant financial management and monitoring tools and approaches in existing organizational processes.
*Improved capacity for integrated planning including through holistic consideration of factors such as environment, socioeconomics, and vulnerability, to inform technical designs and data-driven approaches.
*Enhanced knowledge and skills in stakeholder coordination tools and approaches and incorporation of more efficient multi-level internal (municipal departments, ward staff) and external communications in line with governance and institutional mandates.
*Demonstrated application of individual outcomes a, b and c, as the WOP’s learnings, tools, or processes are incorporated to strengthen sustainability, accessibility, quality, or efficiency of active municipal water supply (LWP), solid waste management (SWRMC), and FSTP project plans, budgets, or coordination. "
