Project description
The WOP between the Nairobi City Water & Sewerage Company (Kenya) and Enugu State Water Corporation (Nigeria) was initiated in September 2014. Its main objective was to enhance organizational and operational performance of Enugu State Water Corporation with a particular focus on improving Billing and Collection, Human Resource Management and the reduction of Non-Revenue Water.
